If you wish to filter the table using placeholders and shortcodes, you need to add %VAR1% and/or %VAR2% as a predefined filtering value in column settings.
Then, when you're adding the shortcode, "150" will be used for filtering the column with %VAR1% set as a predefined filtering value, and "350" will be used for filtering the column with %VAR2% set as a predefined filtering value.
Hi,
I read you documnatation about place holders here
https://wpdatatables.com/documentation/table-features/using-placeholders/
Regarding the vars as in the below example:
[ wpdatatable id=12 var1=150 var2=350]
How can I pass a value through var1, var2, var3 that a user enters in a from field?
Thanks!
Hello again Erez
Your users can't define variables.
Kind Regards,
