I've Created an emplyee & assigned him the services. After assigning the services its showing that the employee is away & not availabe & coulodn't able to book the appointments also. why is this happening?

This shows only that you're looking at the employee outside his business hours. For example, if the employee is working from 09 - 17, and you're viewing his profile at 08:55 it will show "Away", and if you're looking at his profile at 09:05, he'll be available or busy if he's working on an appointment.
You need to check your employee's working hours, and see if they are long enough to fit the service duration in there. If it is, check if your employee is assigned to a specific service in his working hours. If he is, make sure this service is also on the list.
