We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi

    Love the plugin, but there is a thing that if can´t sort out. 

    When a new customer books an events. He/She has to enter their email. The login detalis will be sent to them on email to set a password. (wordpress not ameila) 


    after the password is set it doesn´t send you back to customer panel page? 

    Also the forgot my password doesn´t work either


    Please help, it urgent

    Thank you for your purchase.

    Amelia's Customer (and Employee) Panel log-in is different from any other log-in you have on your site (WordPress log-in, WooCommerce log-in, Memberpress log-in, or any other log-in you can create). At the moment, there is no way to link the two, so your customers have the same password for WordPress site and Amelia. It is something frequently requested by our customers, and I do hope our developers will add that to the plugin soon, but I don't believe it's going to be any time soon.

    I'll forward this to them again, but I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

    To have your customers visit the Customer Panel, you need to add %customer_panel_url% placeholder to the Event Approved email notification. Which version of the plugin are you using if you can't send the password reset email?
