    Why can't I change mail service from PHP to SMTP?  Everything except for PHP is grayed out.  Please see attached picture.

    Hi Molly Murphy,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    You are using our Lite premium that has limited features and other mail services are not available in it, that is why they are all grayed out.

    Hi Isidora,

    So if I purchase the full version and change settings to SMTP, the emails will automatically be sent in SMTP?  No other mail plugins like "WP Mail SMTP" will be necessary?  Thanks for your help.

    Hi Molly,

    Yes, you will not need any other mail plugin, you will be able to use SMTP right away.
