1. Can't see employees even though I assigned them and(2) more importantly, none of the employees/instructors have their own email. We want it to go to an info@ email, but it won't let me add employees without a different email address. I was only able to put Jennifer in using one of my email addresses.
1. Also, from our set up here? how do we assign a service to them. We set these up as events, is that incorrect? https://rhondel-wilson.com/agilityrush/auto-draft/. These are actually classes, with instructors. Each class goes on for 6 weeks with each instructor. They sign up and pay once and that's it.
2. Just as important, my other question, how do I see the instructor name on the event?
3. Do we go through and set them up as services or set them up as events? They are essentially classes in two separate areas of the building. I went though all of the videos, and can't find that info.
4. The admin gets the emails when someone signs up--not the instructor, we don't want the instructors to get the emails. I want the instructors in there, but they will not be getting and we will not be using their individual email addresses.
Could you please answer my question on the employee emails.

Is this something taken care in notifications or can only the instructors name be shown if I use service not event, which would make this a moot point.
Employees are not seen in Events, only in Services/Appointments. So, even if you assign an employee as "Staff" in event settings, they won't be displayed on front-end. Events can be held without having any employee assigned to them.
Full events are grayed out on front end, and they cannot be interacted with.
1. Services and Events are two different things. Services have a fixed duration, and are offered in terms of appointments. So, if you have a Service "Massage", and it lasts for 1 hour, employee assigned to that service will be able to provide as many appointments for this service as his working hours.
So, if the employee is working for 8 hours, he will be able to provide 8 appointments for this service. Events don't need employees assigned to them, but if you do assign an employee to an event, that employee will become unavailable for all services during the event.
2. I am afraid it's not possible. Employee's names are not shown there. You can add their names in the Description of the event, if you need to show it to your customers.
3. As explained above - Services work differently than events, and even though you can set them to be recurring appointments, your customers would then be able to choose if it's going to be recurring, and for how long. So, if you intend to keep this as a 6-week, recurring venue, you may be better off using Events.
4. Not sure that I understand the question. You can disable each notification individually in Notifications section of Amelia. Can you explain in a bit more detail if that doesn't answer your question?
So if I set up a service, the instructors cannot have individual emails. They all have to go through info@. How can we get around this? Or is there a way to put the instructor emails in, but they don't get the actual email. We don't want then to get every time someone signs up for a class, that's ridiculous.
Hello Linda, Not quite, instructors can have an individual email, however, if you need to centrally manage it, the only way to solve it is creating a central email address and linking that to your service.

Hello Linda,
That's correct, each employee should have a unique email address. You also need to assign the service to a certain employee.
they can't. We don't want the emails going to them. We want it to go to the facility???
