We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Let's say I pay my employees for 5 hours max a week.
I don't want them to set more then the maximum I allow.
Is there any way I can set week capacity per employee?

There isn't a possibility to set a limit of appointments for the employees for some period of time in Amelia with its current features, unfortunately. The availability of employees is set only by configuring their work hours and assigning them services.

This is also a feature we need. Right now, if a person only wants to book 6 appointments a week, they have to manually adjust their schedule after they have six appointments. That is pretty clunky. This IS a feature that other services like Calendly have built in. Is there any chance this will be considered by Amelia?

For now it isn't planned, and for the future versions of Amelia, we can't say for sure if and when it could be implemented . You can check out if there is such request here and vote for it, or if there isn't such request suggest it, and if it is more requested by our users in the future it will go up in the list and considered for implementation in the future. The most requested features are in the top of our to-do list.
