I've gone through the tutorial on setting up woocommerce and I figured out how to link the appointment to the product. Do I still send them to the product or do I send them to the amelia booking page? I'm unclear how the order of operations goes. Do they choose a time and date first or do they pay and book at the same time?
When you enable WooCommerce as the payment option, you still use Amelia for booking appointments and events, the customers are just directed to the WooCommerce's Cart and Checkout pages after they choose the date and the time.

Hello Lee
Thank you for your purchase.
