When a client wants to make a reservation for a date after October 25, the website offers a wrong timetables, due to winter time change (from GMT +2 to GMT +1)
Please go to your WordPress general settings, and change the time zone from UTC+/- format to the city you're in. After that it should be displaying correct times.

Now I'm at GMT +2, it is ok. But after 25 October we will be al GMT +1.
So, all the free hours (after 25 October) are shown in a incorrect time

Did you change your time zone, like I asked you in the previous comment?
Open the drop-down and select the city you're in, and you won't be facing this issue anymore.
