I'm not sure I understand the issue here.
If you click on "Reset password", you will receive the password reset email. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder as well.
When it comes to Ticksy - we don't have administrator capabilities, so there's nothing we can do about your account here, we're only using the platform ourselves. Please feel free to reach out to Ticksy's customer support and they should be able to help you out with your account issues.
