We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I did set a time for bookings to be closed for an event. I noticed after the booking close time if a user opens the booking form, the event will show as closed, which is fine.
But noticed if the page and booking form was left open before the booking close time, after the booking close time the user can still pay for the event and the booking module doesnt stop the user. Is there a way to block users from booking after booking time even if they had the booking form open?
Thanks
Hello Rez
Thank you for your feedback. I don't know if this is possible to stop with the plugin's built-in features, as I personally never ran into this before (I doubt anyone tested it like this, to be honest).
The issue will be forwarded to our development team, and as soon as I receive a response, I'll get back to you.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Aleksandar,
Great, thanks for forwarding to the development team. Looking forward to hearing their feedback. Thanks.
They added it to their "To-Do" list, but they won't have time to include it in the next update (which is scheduled to be released in a few days).
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Great, thank you :)
May I know what is included in the upcoming update? Is there any page that has the list?
Thanks.
I don't know yet, Rez
It's probably going to be some minor updates and fixes - nothing major. But I can't say what until the version is released.
Kind Regards,
