In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

When accessing the customize panel in generatepress for a demo I'm building I get a warning (I have attached a screenshot) about some sort of interference with the php code.
This is not causing any performance problem. For now. But this is a new clean install with very few plugins and basically no content or added functionalities in one of the most popular themes in Wordpress. So I'm quite surprised to be honest that right after installing this plugin (for trying out) it already shows me an error. Please let me know how to clear this.
And I hope I get a little bit more attention making this issue public because it's been almost 2 days without answer from Support with my private ticket...
