We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi,

    I really want to use this plugin and I tried the free version. Everything I want is there except for that I'm building this website for a personal training gym.

    I need to be able to have intakes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only between 7 and 11 each 45 min long.

    This will be publicly available to everyone who visits the website.

    When the prospect becomes a client he/she can choose from 4 different memberships. Each one of them difference on the times a week they can visit and the days and hours.

    example

    package 1

    Reservation is only available on weekdays from 07:00 until 17:00

    And you're only allowed to make 1 reservation a week

    package 2

    Reservation is only available on weekdays from 07:00 until 19:00

    And you're only allowed to make 2 reservation a week

    package 3

    Reservation is only available on weekdays and weekends from 07:00 until 19:00

    And you're only allowed to make 3 reservation a week

    package 4

    Thank you for your inquire.

    Sorry to disappoint you but at the moment we do not have packages as a built-in features in the plugin.

    This is however planned to be added soon for the next updates.

    Also, we do not have membership option, this is on our TODO list but I can not tell precisely when we will start working on this.
