I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
Our developers will be working on single-cell shortcodes in the future, but for now it is not possible.
You may want to use placeholders as default filtering value for a certain column. Then you could display a single row based on that. For example, if you assign %VAR1% as the predefined filtering value for column A, you could filter the table on front end with [wpdatatable id=1 var1=something].
AS ${COLUMNNAME.all} IS CONSIDERED FOR SHOWING ALL THE ROWS UNDER THIS COLUMN. DO WE HAVE A SHORTCODE FOR JUST ONE ROW MAYBE THE FIRST ONE WILL WORK.
