We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I know this question has been asked months ago by a different customer, but I wanted to see if there are any changes.
I would like the DatePicker to close automatically when the date is chosen, currently I have to choose the date, and then make a click outside the DatePicker box.
Is there a way to make this automatic? even if it means making changes to the code?
Kind regards,
Francis.
Hello Francis
Unfortunately, that's still the default behavior of the plugin.
It can probably be changed with some custom work, but we cannot provide any assistance with that.
It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in near future.
But we can recommend these services for customization:
https://codeable.io/?ref=l1TW1
https://wpkraken.io/?tms-plugins
They do develop such solutions, so can you please send your inquiry to them?
Our development team will be working on fixing existing bugs with the plugin after we release the next update, so I hope it will be fixed relatively soon.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hello
It's just amazing how they've been busy since a year ago and more to still reply to the same issues with the same answer of "our coders are busy you can reach out ..." !
This is so far the worst support I've ever dealt with after getting a paid plugin.
We're sorry to hear you feel that way, Soulaimane.
The date picker is generated by a 3rd party HTML5 library, it's not developed by us.
Our developers are quite busy, though, working on priority tasks, new features, fixes for existing bugs, and so on. However big and critical this issue may be for you, it's not requested that often, and our developers work on feature suggestions and fixes by the number of customer requests.
I'll forward this to them again, but I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
