I'm looking for a wordpress plugin for my website. I want my customers to be able to book a boat rental online. The boat can be rented for 4 hour durations (either 9am-1pm or 2pm-6pm) or for the entire day. Is this something I could setup using Amelia and if so, how?

This is possible to do.
You need to make two services, one of four hours and one for the whole day, one you should assign to the one employee (in your case boat), and the other to the other one. You should link both employees to the same google calendar, this way if someone books the whole day, the other two slots for that day will become unavailable.
Our support agents can help you hide the employee dropdown.
