We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

I would like to request a refund. Contrary to what your sales associates told me during my pre-purchase questions, Amelia doesn't work with my website using Elementor. I've been waiting far too long to get this plugin going and I've wasted way too much time.

It took me seconds to set up my Calendly schedule/API.

I'm well within the 15-day money back guarantee.

    Thanks.

    Hello Stefan,

We are sorry to hear that you don't find Amelia suitable for your business.

We aren't aware of any issues with using Amelia on Elementor, there was some issue with the Popups but we implemented a solution for that in the last release of Amelia, so could you please let us know what exactly didn't work in your case? Thank you.

In order to request a refund, you need to login to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in the e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from your purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button (if you access the store on a smaller screen and don't see the button right away please scroll to right).
