At present when an event is booked online, I get an email notification telling me the basic details of the booking e.g. '...You have 1 confirmed booking at the Event Address and Event Time...' (- I need to login to Amelia then to see more info about who exactly booked and their details which can take up time).
Is it possible that the initial booking notification email would give me more details i.e. Joe Bloggs booked CourseX at Address and Time and include and display a custom field too (that the visitor would have already filled in when booking their form). Would just help to make the admin easier.
You can customize the email notifications sent from Amelia on the Amelia -> Notifications page. Just choose the email that you want in the list and change the text in the Message field. You are adding information about the appointments/customers/employees by adding placeholders to the email notifications. You will find all of the available placeholders that you can use (have information for in the emails) in the placeholders list, when you click on </> Show Email Placeholders on the Amelia -> Notifications page. When you click on one of the placeholders it will be copied so you just need to paste it to the Message field of the notification you want.
