We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

The attachment shows the email that gets sent to confirm an appointment. How can U customize this message to add my own text and logo?

    Hello Bob,

Not sure where the message that you sent is coming from, but I don't think it's from Amelia. Email notifications that you see on the Amelia -> Notifications page are sent from Amelia.

    Marija,

I create an appointment using a fake name and one of my alternate email addresses. Moments later, the attached message appears in the email associated with the fake name. So in simple terms, it is coming from Amelia code - not mine.

Please take a closer look. It has the correct date, time, employee name, etc., which can only come from Amelia. Maybe the developers added a feature you don't know about yet. As a software developer myself with over 50 years of experience, I know that scenario quite well. The tech-writers and support people often don't hear about things as quickly as they should. But my question still stands: how do I customize it?

    Hello Bob,

The email notifications sent from Amelia and that you can customize are the ones on the Notifications page. The only other notification that crossed my mind that can be sent automatically is the Google calendar invitation - which can be enabled/disabled in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Google calendar settings Send Event Invitation Email, so please check if this is it. This email can't be customized in Amelia with the plugin's built-in features, unfortunately.

We are all quite involved and well informed about the updates and new features and options added to the plugin, so that couldn't be the case here.
