We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi

    I have few question please:

    1. Before I bought licenses  I asked if 3 Amelia's on 3 websites will synchronize with my google calendar and will eliminate overlapping booking. Could you tell me how to do it because and the moment its not even synchronize one website with my busy google calendar?

    2. How to add shot info Terms and condition to be accepted by client when do booking. I need that to make sure up to when cancellation and reschedule is allowed.

Id like to add option to pay deposit not a full amount is it possible somehow or in the near future?

    Thank you Konrad

    I found box click solution.

Calendar synchronizing still does not work.

Is this work with any other better? like Outlook or is Amelia con?

    Hi Konrad,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Unfortunately, busy events created in your Google calendar will not be visible in Amelia, but the time slots can be removed from that employee's schedule.

You should enable "Remove Google calendar busy slots", and it will remove existing Google events from Amelia, so your customers wouldn't be able to book those times.
