We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
hi, i have a service ad website, with several users posting its ads. I would like to know if it is possible to create a calendar with appointments for each service seller (health and beauty salons, etc.)
Hello Ariel,
Thank you for getting in touch.
I am afraid you can only link a calendar to an employee. You can find more details about the Calendar configuration here:
https://wpamelia.com/configuring-google-calendar/
It can be a potential solution, as long as your services are linked to a different employees. You can subsequently link a service to an employee.
I hope this helps.
So in my case I could have many locations with only one employee (ie the person who posts his ad on my classifieds website). Can I create several locations and assign only one employee and insert the calendar in several announcements? , have a shortcode for each location ?
Hi Ariel,
That's correct.
When you go to the Employee -> Work Hours, you can choose the time slots / separate work hours / and assign the service for each time slot separately and a location for this time slot. This way, you can assign different services with different locations to the same employee.
