Hi, I'm using the divi builder and am having trouble invoking a service shortcode on a button widget in the builder. I can't use the regular editor on the page. Can I do this?

Could you please tell me have you tried viewing Amelia on the page (published or draft page), not in edit mode? As there is some issue with showing Amelia in edit mode for some page builders, so could you please check if everything works well properly on the website itself (view mode of the page)?
