In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

The service prices aren't visible in the amelia booking view. If the client adds an extra, the price of the extra is shown, but it isn't clear that it's the price of the extra and not the total price of the service + extra. To see the actual price of the service the client has to click through to select an appointment time, and then finally scroll to the bottom to see the cost. Could be very misleading. Is there a way to get the service price to show up on the booking view?

There isn't a possibility of showing the price for the services up on the booking form in Amelia with the step by step booking view, but the service price is shown if Catalog or the Search view are used for the front-end. So, please check them out
