We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
We have several employees at the same location and want to separate their appointments from the services they perform (Amelia's normal behavior).
But the employees do not receive the clients in the first place, there is one person who receives all the clients from all the employees and who should be able to see through the employee panel the appointments of all the employees in the same location.
And then we have other locations with the same behavior
Is this possible?
Hello,
Thank you for your message.
Can you please clarify whether you need one employee to be able to see appointments for a particular location?
If so, you can create the location and specify this location to a specific service/appointment/event and link that to your employee.
Please find the documentation below in this regard:

Hello
For example, we have an office with a receptionist and several professionals. The clients book online with the professional they want but it is the receptionist who has to be able to check the appointments of the professionals because she welcomes the clients when they arrive.
It would be something like being able to give permission for a user to see other users' appointments.
It's that possible?
Kind Regards
Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
I have discussed it with the team, and the only way to go about this would be to provide the receptionist with Amelia Manager user role so that your receptionist could view appointments from the backend. I am afraid it's not possible to make it from the frontend.
Hello
It is not a solution in our case because we have other offices and people from one office do not have to see appointments from other offices.
Kind Regards
If you set up separate emails for each employee and assign your employee's to locations, it should solve the issue.
