When an appointment is set, the option of bringing someone with you does not ask for a name.
In general we need registered users but we need to add the option to take someone without registering them as a user (for children who do not have email) and have their name

    Hello Admin Democratest,

There isn't a possibility in Amelia to get information for the additional people someone brings in for the appointment, the information can be collected for the customer that is booking an appointment only, with the built-in fields in the form. You can add some additional fields to the booking form using Custom fields, so you can maybe  use them to achieve what you need - ask customer for some additional information about the people they bring in.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
