I am able to add new employees with certain email providers, but outlook and hotmail accounts don't seem to work. This is why I added employees with new email addresses (from our own 'domain'). But now we have issues with the front end employee panel. Whenever I or my business partner log in, the panel works just fine and we see every booked event (we don't use appointments). But when one of our employees log in they don't see any event come up. The strange thing is, that when I log in with one of their accounts it does work fine. I can't seem to figure out what's going wrong, do you have any idea?
That doesn't make any sense - the plugin can't differentiate between email providers. You can enter gibberish as email address and it would work. Literally, this would work: [email protected]
So, you probably have a user (employee or a customer) that has the same email address already saved. That can also explain the issue with the employee panel.
If anyone booked an appointment from front-end while still logged into their WP user, the customer is probably saved with the user's external ID, and now Amelia treats that user as a customer, which doesn't have enough privileges to see the employee panel.
You, logging in as an admin don't have the same external ID, so you're able to see this.
Please re-enable the wp-admin credentials, and provide me database access credentials (phpMyAdmin or cPanel), so I can check this.

For some reason I'm not able to add a new employee. After clicking 'save', nothing happens...
