We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Dear Amelia support.
I am using your agenda for a website for a client of mine, but she recently asked me if she could customize amelia a bit more to her liking. I told her that she will probably have to go pro and she accepted, but she also requested that the capacity should no longer be visible. As in, the counter that keeps track of how many people already signed up for an event. It should no longer be publicly visible. Is there a way for us to do this? Because people might be inclined not to register for an event because there are no other people who signed up for the event, hence she wants to get rid of it. Is there an option to do this? Perhaps in the pro version? As I haven't found it myself yet.
Thanks in advance!
HI Nexigen,
Thank you for your inquire.
Sorry for late response, we are not working on weekends.
You can use CSS to hide that info from the front end, If you maybe have that page , please send the link to me so I can take a look and give you the right CSS code.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hello Bogdan,
Do you mean the page of the agenda? That’s www.centrumbenu.nl/agenda
I am also not sure how to manually change the specific css of a page correctly. If you could also tell me where to add the CSS to, then that would be great help.
Kind regards!
Hi Nexigen,
You can use this CSS
and the result should be like this (attachment)
You can add this CSS directly on your page between script tags like this
You can edit the page content as HTML and enter the code (attachment 2)
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
