Problem making an appointment

    Hi,

I've checked all the plugin configurations, but I can't configure the appointment scheduling for a service.

No date is displayed available, yet I've scheduled opening hours in the week.

    Hello Du Pasquier,

The available time slots for booking appointments are set by configuring the employees' work hours. So, please check if you configured them properly and assigned services to these employes.

Also, please check if the service duration + its buffer times can fit in the employees' work time periods, if it can't there will be no available time slots for appointments.

I still have the same problem, yet I checked all the parameters, impossible to make an appointment!

    Hello Du Pasquier,

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look . We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
