We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi, I would like to have one booking page for Classes, and another page for Personal Training. Currently they are both appearing on the same booking form brought up with the shortcode [ameliabooking].

How would I 'separate' the services for 2 different booking forms? It's necessary to do this as different membership plans allow access to different classes. Thank you.

Did you type the shortcode in or did you use the Amelia button? If you use the button it gives you the option to select which service. So you could just select Classes, then create another page for Personal Training and do the same but select Personal Training.

    Hello Lisa Kaye ,

So, like Laura mentioned, you need to use shortcodes with these services' IDs in order to have them only in the booking form. You can find all of the shortcodes that you can use for Amelia on your pages in our FAQ section and if you use the button for Amelia (if you use some page builder you maybe don't have this option) you can pre-select booking parameters right away. If you don't have the button for Amelia in your page builder, you can check the shortcode in the FAQ section, and just change the ID in it, you can see the IDs of Services on the Services page.

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.

Thank you for helping out, Laura.

Thank you for the responses. I do not see any button option... am using the Divi theme, which is also a builder so I'm assuming this is why I don't see it?

I have used the shortcode [ameliabooking category=1] to achieve what I want, thank you.

    Hello Lisa,

If you use a page builder (like Divi) you won't see the buttons, they are always there in Classic and Gutenberg editor, so if it is easier for you you can create a shortcode using these and then copy/paste it to the element you want in Divi.

Or just create it manually like you did. You are welcome.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
