We're trying to figure out the best way to set up and manage event. It's for Christmas photo shoots.
Where people can book a 15min photo shoot on one day. Can this be done.
Parameters Are as follow;
Day will be 9am -5pm
Shoot Duration: 15mins
Buffer time: 5 mins

If you want the time slots 15 minutes to be booked, and if you use Events in Amelia, you would need to create all of the time slots that you have for the day as separate events. Since if you create them as one event with more dates/times it will be still counted as one event and if customers book it they book all of the dates/times set.
You can check out Services - with the Special days feature you can set some service to be available on some specific dates/times only. Special days are there to override the usual employees' work hours set for the chosen dates/times, so you can change the employees' work hours/assigned services on some dates, but some users use only them to show availability for their services.
