Trying to manually add a customer to an events by going to Amelia/Events, tapping on "Attendees" and Tap "Add Attendee". Select (or add new customer) from list, tap "Save" . The spinner appears and then it goes back to the "Save" or "Cancel" options and the customer is not added.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Maybe it can be a conflict between Amelia and that other plugin, because they both use reCaptcha. Please deactivate that other plugin, or disable reCaptcha only, and then activate reCaptcha in Amelia and check if the issue is there in this case. If it isn't, it is a conflict.
Let me know of the outcome. Unfortunately issues like conflicts with third party plugins or themes are always possible due to the nature of WP. If it is a conflict I will forward it to our developers so they can check it out and see what is the nature of the conflict and whether it could be easily solved.
Thank you for letting me know and checking this, Miriam . It can be that the issue is in Amelia because both plugins are using the same keys. I will forward this to our developers so they can check it out as well and get back to you as soon as I get some feedback from them.

Disabling reCaptcha did the trick.
I am using the same reCaptcha credentials in the Contact Form 7 plugin - could this have caused conflict?

Miriam

FYI Contact Form 7 plugin uses the same reCaptcha keys. I disabled this plugin, re-enabled reCaptcha in Amelia and get the same problem.
