    Hello,

    I have sent you 2 tickets already and no response.

    I would like to get refund, because Amelia does not suit my Elementor theme. So I can't use it much. Though it looks good.

    Please send refund for my purchase. And hopefully there is anyone out there who is reading these tickets. I am expecting appropriate support feedback.

    We are sorry that you waited for the responses, but please note that we have a time limit of 3-5 days for ticket responses but we try to respond to each in 24 hours on working days. Our work hours are 10 - 17 CET (they can vary up to 1-2 hours) Monday-Friday, so a different timezone can cause a slight delay in the response as well. 

    We are sorry to hear that you don't find Amelia suitable for your business. I see you opened a ticket regarding Elementor and my colleague has responded, so please check it out.

    In order to request a refund, you need to login to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in the e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from your purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button (if you access the store on a smaller screen and don't see the button right away please scroll to right).
