I have noticed that there is a problem with the event visibility update in the employee panel.
First I have scheduled an event with employee A.
Then, I switched the employee attending to B.
Only when I changed the status of the event, was the employee B notified about the change. The worse thing is nevertheless that the event is still present in employee A's panel even though it is no longer present in their calendar view in the admin panel.
I wouldn't like to delete and make the appointment anew, this time with employee B, as it will be confusing for the client.
I know what has happened. I have been using the same browser logging in between different test accounts. Everything displays correctly when I use incognito mode. Although I am not sure that is supposed to happen.
I would like to find out a way to have employees notified every time there is a change in the employee assigned to the scheduled appointment.
For now, in order to do that I have to change the status of the appointment to "rejected" for example and then change the employee and the status to "approved". This way employee A gets the notification appointment has been rejected and employee B get the notification that it's been approved for them.
Is there a way of bulk changing the employee assigned to the recurring appointments or within a set period?
I tried adding days of for when the employee has some appointments already scheduled but I see that I have to do it manually for every each one.
Unfortunately, that's how the plugin works at the moment, and it can't be changed.
For the employee to receive a notification he needs to be assigned to the appointment, so when you change the employee, the one that's taken out of that appointment cannot receive any new notifications because he's no longer assigned to the appointment.
There's no way of bulk-changing the assigned employee.
