We are about to create a website and we need to include booking form for pools. The pools are going to have different stay and buffer time, as also prices. We have some specific requirements that we must include. Please let us know if your plugin meet them.
We need payment method by local (greek) bank. We have the necessary plugin of them.
Different buffer and stay times
When the user selects a date and time, it has to appear all the available pools for that date
Option for repeatable bookings. For example for every week or monthly.
Is it compatible with Woocommerce?
Is it possible to update the bookings via google calendar?
It is full responsive?
There is SMS/MAIL Notification System?
Can we export a monthly or weekly summary with all bookings and stats?
Is it compatible with wpml?
Can we disable specific hours for a day? For example, we also accept phone bookings. If a client call and book for tomorrow at 5pm can we disable that time at the website?
Is there any option for reminding mails before the booking date?
At the moment we have PayPal and Stripe as payment options but we also have integration with WooCommerce that supports various payment methods so if the plugin is a part of the Woocommerce payment plugins then you can use it.
We have option to set different Buffer time before and after the service as well as different duration of the service.
In our plugin user usually first selects a service and an employee (pool), only in the Search form user needs to select a date first, you can try it on our demo site here.
We have recurring option to set services to repeat and customer can also choose how (daily, weekly or monthly).
Yes, we have integration with WooCommerce.
Yes, we have Google calendar synchronisation so each event added into the Google calendar will remove time slots from Amelia and also each appointment created in Amelia will be added into the Google Calendar. However, you should know that if you need to make changes in Amelia appointments you cannot do that in Google calendar since our sync is not completely 2 way, you will need to do that directly in Amelia (rescheduling and editing).
Plugin is fully responsive but if you experience any issue contact our support and we will fix it for the future updates.
We have SMS and Email notifications, more about them you can read at the provided links.
We have option to export appointments page and you can add a date range for which you want to show and export appointments so you can export weekly or monthly summary.
Plugin is compatible with wpml but if you plan to use it in multiple languages you should know that at the moment notifications, services, categories and custom fields can only be shown in one language in which you create them in our plugin.
You can disable hours in a day by creating event in Google calendar with Busy status or you can login to Amelia and make appointment when client books over the phone call. In both ways that time will become unavailable and there will not be double bookings.
We have reminder notification that can be send 1 day before the appointment.
Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions. My last question is about the payment. Is it possible to make the payment without add to basket option? Ι'd like to have the payment step right after the date and service selection.
Our payment step goes after the user enters his personal information. So user selects service, date and time and enter personal info and then proceeds to the payment, but if you use WooCommerce as a checkout for your payment method then the redirection to the cart is necessary.
