We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hello,

    my name is Daniel and I have a pre-purchase technical question. One of my clients is working in healthcare and she wants her clients to use Amelia to book an appointment but she also wants them to pay a specific fee.

    However Stripe and Paypal isn't a solution she could use and we were thinking using one of 2 WooCommerce payment gateway plugins.

    They are:

    2. https://wordpress.org/plugins/pay-via-barion-for-woocommerce/

    Sorry, couldn't find english source for #1 but this would be our preference.

    My question is that could we use Amelia with one of these payment gateways? Or can we use any WooCommerce Payment Gateways we can find?

    Hi Daniel Dioszegi,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    Since we have integration with WooCommerce you can use any WooCommerce payment gateway just install the core WooCommerce, enable the WooCommerce as a payment method in our Payment Settings on the Settings page and add the payment gateway plugin and everything should work.
