We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi 

    I generated api for calendar on my one website. (tutorials are outdated)

    I think it went OK and is waiting for google verification (not mention in tutorial)

    Question: Id like to sync calendar with my other website Amelia booking. Will the same api works or I need to generate other one somehow?

    Request: Please enable shorter buffer time at least 15 mins maybe even 5 would be good move.thank you Konrad

    Thank you for your purchase.

    Google changes things every few weeks, so our apologies for some outdated screenshots. Basics are the same (I just went through the tutorial), but we'll modify it soon.

    I never saw any Google Verification, so I don't know what exactly you're referring to. Do you mean this:

    If you were referring to this, this is covered in our Employees section, in the documentation. This is happening because the verification is not yet complete, and you simply need to click on “Advanced” and then on “Go to your-website (unsafe)“, and you will be redirected to the next screen where you need to allow Amelia to access the calendar.

    You can use the same App for different websites, you only need to add new URIs in the app:
