We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi Samuel,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry for late response.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
We check your website and we notice that. After checking Console in browser Inspect element we can see that you have issues with not loading jQuery in your theme.(attachment)
Can you try to change the theme or to contact theme authors to find some solution for this error?
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Thank you ! Milan
Could you please recommend me two themes which pattern is similar to my website. I will change a new theme so that I can use wpDataTables plugin. I prefer to use the theme designed by WordPress.org team.
I appreciate your great help !
Samuel
Hello Samuel
I'll take over the ticket from Milan.
We don't keep any themes saved as known working themes with our plugin, since we use our own themes on our websites.
I know that "Store Front" theme works well, along with Avada.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hello Samuel
I'm sorry, but I can't replicate the issue on my end:
Can you inspect that page (F12), and go to the Network tab. Refresh the page, and see if you have any network responses in red. If you do, click on it, and go to the response tab on the right. See what it says there.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
