Les escribo debido a que hemos tenido problemas con Amelia, nuestros talleres no aparecen en el edito, o solo aparecen al azar, puedes verlo en momento y después no, así mismo tenemos que los correos no llegan en la forma correcta, o cuando editas no guarda el cambio de lo que acabas de editar.
Entiendo que el plugin es muy completo, y tiene muchos detalles que deben configurarse de forma correcta, actualmente también tenemos problemas con el inicio de sesión ya que no se integra con woocommerce en un solo login, razón por la cual tenemos 2 inicios de sesión lo que hace que todo sea muy confuso y dificil de entender.
También tenemos problemas con la integración a zoom donde el link de zoom no le llega al cliente de forma automática.
Con todo lo mencionado creo que nos urge de alguien calificado que pueda prestarnos el servicio reinstalar el plugin de forma correcta y así corregir todos los problemas que actualmente estamos presentando.

If by "workshops" you mean Events, you need to verify you're looking at the correct date range when you access that section. If you're having issues seeing Services and/or Events in back-end, you probably booked an appointment from front-end, while still logged into your Admin account, but that's something we'd need to check on your website.
Please explain the issue in more detail, and we'll gladly help you out if you can provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
If you're editing email notifications and you have a grammar checking add-on for your browser (Grammarly or Language Tool), those need to be disabled on the Notifications page, otherwise the notification template will be deleted once you click on "Save".
Emails don't have any difficult setup, so if one email works, all should work.
Amelia's Customer (and Employee) Panel log-in is different from any other log-in you have on your site (WordPress log-in, WooCommerce log-in, Memberpress log-in, or any other log-in you can create). At the moment, there is no way to link the two, so your customers have the same password for WooCommerce and Amelia. It is something frequently requested by our customers, and I do hope our developers will add that to the plugin soon, but I don't believe it's going to be any time soon.
I'll forward this to them again, but I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
For Zoom links to be sent, you need to add the corresponding email notification placeholder to your emails. Also, your employee must be connected to his Zoom account, and added as "Staff" in Events in order to send the Zoom links. Other than that, please verify Services and/or events have Zoom integration enabled.
