We are having issues with the booking confirmation emails that are generated.  The set up seem to be good but it is not sending the zoom link as we desired it to.  We are also have lots of sizing issues with our logo, it looks great on a mobile phone but not so great on a computer (the logo gets MASSIVE).

We are also looking to see if we can have appointments available without a set day and time.  Almost like a TBD appointment.  Also is there a way that you can have a split payment plan where people share the cost of a booking?  I have sooooo many things i want this to do and it is awesome but I need to figure out how to get it perfect.

    Hello Kevin

    Thank you for your purchase.

I don't understand if Zoom links aren't being sent, or if they are being sent with a different format? The format can't be changed, but if the Zoom link is not being sent at all, you need to check if the Zoom integration has been enabled in Service settings, and if the Employee assigned to work on that service has been linked to his Zoom account.

The images are being sent in their default size, so if you need to make them smaller, you'll need to resize them first and then add them to the notification.

At the moment, there's no way to create a Service which doesn't have time and day set. The customers need to choose an appointment, otherwise they would not be able to complete the booking process.

    Kind Regards,

Thank you Aleksandar, unfortunately the photo is not the only problem we are seeing with the emails now.  They are not being sent ot some customers and none of the employees are getting them either.  This was a feature that we were the most excited about.  Is there some troubleshooting help you can give us?

    Hi again Kevin

If one email works, all emails should. The settings are way too simple for this not to work.

Issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:

    1. Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings, and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.

    2. Your website has PHP version less than 7

    3. The credentials are not correct

    4. There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.

    5. If you're using Gmail please check if you've enabled "Allow less secure apps" in your Google Account

Please check these points, and let me know if you were able to resolve the issue. If you're not able to resolve the issue, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Thanks For the Replay again Aleksandar.  IT is stranger as some emails are going through and others arn't so it isn't all or nothing.  We are using a Gsuite business account so i just went in and allowed less secure apps.  I hope that resolves it.  If not i will let you in to take a look.  Is there any way to check if the emails are going through or not?

    Hello Kevin

There are some "Email Log" plugins for WordPress, if I'm not mistaken, but you can also check the notifications log in wp_amelia_notifications_log table in the database.
