HI, I needed an update on Amelia. I purchased the package that came with automatic updates. I went to update it and this is what happened.
I am now in recovery mode and don't know what to do next to update the plugin.
Warning: require_once(/var/www/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/autoload.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/ameliabooking.php on line 128
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/var/www/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/autoload.php' (include_path='.:/opt/remi/php73/root/usr/share/pear:/opt/remi/php73/root/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php') in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/ameliabooking.php on line 128
Thank you for your purchase, and sorry to hear you're having issues.
It seems like the file is missing in your installation. There's not much we can do about this, but to manually overwrite the "ameliabooking" folder in your wp-content/plugins/ folder.
If you have services, employees and other stuff saved, you will not lose that.
Please download the full version from the email you received when you purchased the plugin (some hostings treat it as Spam, so please check your Spam folder as well). Also, you received an email with credentials for our store https://store.tms-plugins.com/login where you can download the full version from.
My suggestion is to update the plugin manually by following these steps:
1.) Download zip from our store or from the email you received when you purchased the plugin
2.) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins
3.) Delete existing ameliabooking folder.
4.) Upload the previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP into "plugins" folder (unzip it)
5.) Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section.
6.) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again.
