Hi Just demoing the system and i noticed that when users use a predictive email address from a mobile in the E-Mail field, the booking plugin creates a space at the end of it, as a result the mail that is sent out does not reach the end user. this is a somewhat frustrating issue as this could lead clients to not recieve their confirmation booking, and this could lead to bookings not being made again by them. is there a way to stop this from happening
In order to get full support you need to verify your license and open the ticket in Amelia Category with your purchase code. This is necessary since many are trying to misuse our support. This is the pre-purchase category reserved for those who didn't purchase the plugin yet. Thank you for your understanding.
I understand this is pre purchase, and as described, I am currently testing it out.
But surely this is something that you might include even in the lite version??
Essentially what I'm being asked is to buy it in order to fix an error...
Would that be a fair observation.
Bottom line, setmore have both issues resolved as standard (email and break notification on daily calendar) and I feel these will hold me back from purchasing until I can be assured they will be addressed.
we have included it in the latest version. Sorry if I misunderstood, let me check with the development team about this issue and I will get back to you. It might be some new bug.
We've just tested the latest Lite version using predictive email addresses with a couple of phones, and the saved email addresses don't contain spaces. The tests have been conducted with Android phones, and we used both Google Chrome's suggestions and saved email address for the website (Google Chrome's saved passwords/emails feature). The email addresses are added without spaces, and the emails are being sent normally, so this should work with the Lite version as well. Every time a new version is released, Lite is also updated with the same fixes.
Can you confirm you're using v1.0.20? If you are, would you be able to provide us with FTP access, and a temporary wp-admin user, so our development team can check the issue on your end?
Also, please tell us which device you're using, and what steps our developers need to take to replicate the issue.
We cannot provide you with a free full version of the plugin, and you're not being asked to purchase the plugin to fix the issue, as we cannot replicate the issue with Amelia Lite. The issue should've been fixed with the latest update, as indicated in my last response. We have a 15-day money back guarantee, so even if you purchase the plugin, and you're not satisfied with it, you can submit a refund request in that period of time.

Hi Pol,
Thanks for your inquiry, with 2.9.1, if it still has some issues, we have fix that should solve the problem.
hi,
Yes, if you can provide that please. Might not be a bad idea to implement while still in demo phase.
Other than that, I'm very happy with the product, great job :)

This is what demoing an application is for
