We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi
I added the block called Amelia Booking View from the Amelia plug in to my webpage. The idea is to give the customers the possibility to choose different options (type of therapy, therapist, hours, etc). However the following two things happen:
1. When the first client books the appointment in the name and email fields there is already a name : mindingmymentalhealth2020 and email address [email protected].
2. After the first booking is made, there is no longer possible to make another booking. After choosing the time and date , the fields for inputting the name and email addresses do not allow the user to type anything in them. They have (in grey) the name of the first customer (from the original booking).
What do I have to change or add to remove the above issues?
1. How to I get blank fields at the beginning of the booking?
2. What prevent the fields from being typed in?
I added a screenshot for the grey fields
Hello,
Thank you for reaching us out. I am Den and will be happy to help you out.
I suppose that you are logged in and that your data is already saved in database, which is reason why your data in booking form are disabled and already filled. Can you please make another user with different email and then login with that email address and you will able to make appointment. Also, you can open your browser in Incognito mode (which means that you are not logged in - as your future clients) and you will see that you are able to make an appointment.
Amelia settings/User Roles/Customer - Automatically Create Amelia Customer user - creates a WordPress user and links it to the customer. If you need this to be restricted to your clients, please disabled that option.
If you face any issues with your Admin role because of this, please let me know.
