    Hi,

Is there a way to disable the employee aspect, as I don't think my client will want to have any names on there, I just want the customer to be able to just make an appointment and not have it associated with a specific employee.

    Thanks

    Hi Daniel,

    Thanks for your interest.

If you have just one employee, the dropdown will not be shown at all, but if you have multiple employees, unless you preselect one of them with the short-code, the dropdown will be there. It is possible to hide it with a simple CSS code, but in that case the employee will be randomly assigned.

    Hi Nevena,

Is this the same with Location/Service dropdowns? I only ask as this appointment system will be used for people to book an appointment to have a tour of facilities, so there will only be 1 service (tour) and only 1 location (facility where you can have a tour).

    Thank you

    Hi Daniel,

Yes, same thing. If customer does not have what to choose, the calendar will be shown right off.

    Hi Nevena,

Is it possible to restrict the days a service can be booked for? For example, make it so appointments can only be made in October?

    Kind regards

    Hi Daniel,

Yes, this can be done with Special days, you should remove that service from working hours and make it available just in October in employee's special days.

    Hi Nevena,

Is it possible to change the wording 'Congratulations' and the trophy underneath it?

Also the timer icon when the form is loading?

    Thanks!

    Hi Daniel,

    1. You can change the Trophy image in ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/public/img folder. The file name is trophy.svg.

Please note that when you replace it, the new image also needs to be .svg, and you have to name it "trophy.svg" in order to work.

As for the strings included ("Congratulations" and "Thank you! Your booking is completed."), you can simply edit the translation files located in ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/

If you're keeping English as the default language, you simply need to add the translation strings in the ameliabooking-en_US.po file, found in en_US folder. I can suggest using Loco Translate, or POEDIT.

    3. The CSS you can use to hide the circles our support agents can provide after purchase.

    Hi Nevena,

Is there a specific way to save the svg or is there a specific size as I have followed those steps, but the image is still the same trophy?

    Thanks
