Google Calendar/Meet integration

    Hello,

I really liked the presentation of Amelia, and if in the first time I was looking for an Apple Calendar integration (not possible), now I found out how to get my booking system working with Google Calendar that I can see is integrated with Amelia.

I'd like to have just a confirmation: I need that, when an appointment is created, Google calendar sends automatically an invitation to the user who booked the appointment and this invitation contains the Google Meet's link for that meeting (auto-generate the link each time, different link for every appointment). Both of these actions seem to be doable through the Google Calendar settings, but I preferred to ask you if they work when an appointment is built with Amelia. Just to beĀ 100% sure that all works fine or if there are some limitations with the integration.

    Many thanks in advance!

    Hi Luca,

I am glad to hear that.

Yes, this all works like you described. We didn't make integration with Google Meet yet, but when Google sends email invitation Google Meet's link is in that email so the customer can use it. However, since there is not complete integration in our plugin we don't have option to also send that Meet link in our notifications (Amelia notifications, but I suppose that is ok since that would be a double notification).

    Best regards.
