I am having a problem with booking times on the day of. Right now it is 4:00 am and we open at 5:30 AM. The earliest I can book on the page right now is 11am. I should be able to book a 5 am slot because I still have them available.
I have the minimum booking in advance time set to disable. I have the minimum cancel/reschedule set to disable
On the calendar for tomorrow they can book earlier slots. But tomorrow I will have the same problem that they clients cannot book times that are upcoming unless they are much later in the day.
Please go to that service's settings, and check if minimum time available for booking in advanced is set there. If not there, please verify that you have checked this option in Amelia's General Settings.
If that doesn't work, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

I I changed the global time setting to the proper one and now it works. Thank you.
The reason why I have complicated staff times is because when I started and I put all day with the one break, it allowed the client to book in half hour increments even though I set it for an hour. it seemed like somebody could look at 7:00 a.m., when we are not allowed to book at 7:00, only 6:30 or 7:30. It seemed to be what made it work for me when we started. If there's an easier way we could switch it, but this works for me and it's not a big deal now that it's all set up
As for the work hours - if that works for you, no need to change it.
You probably saw those hours offered to your customers if the default time slot step in General Settings were set to 30 minutes, and you haven't enabled "Use service duration for booking a time slot". When that option is enabled, the services will be offered in time slot steps that are the same as the duration of the service.

I'm glad to hear it's working fine now, Thomas
