Yes, this is possible. Once you create employee and locations, in the employees working hours you can set for each working period different location, so you can even set different locations for parts of the day if you create multiple working periods in the day or you can create one working period for each day and assign different location for each day. Just one note, at the moment we don't have option to set multiple locations in the same working period and let customer to choose a location, so one location for one working period created in the employee's working hours.
