I am aiming to be able to display the available slots in a calendar format, where users can click on the calendar itself and proceed to booking an appointment. Is that something that is possible in Amelia?

As I understand you want to display the calendar but only with the free slots and dates?
So the dates that are booked already are not displayed?
If that is the case, unfortunately this is not possible to achieve with the plugin built-in features.
