We are running a teacher based website in which parents can book a online session for their children, If they only have one child the plugin functions correctly.
However.
We have parents that have more than one child, who would like to book sessions for the kids all in one session. without having to do an order for every child.
Is there an option, or php code we can add to add multiple appointments? We have added a cart checkout system on the checkout page, but that simply updates the quantity of lessons, not making it an actual appointment, (as per screenshots)
Ideally we want user to book in multiple lessons, for multiple children at the checkout or shop page.
Yes please do. Is it possible to remove (or at least rename) the "Every:" and "Time(s):" selections in the booking when you choose repeat this appointment? My customers find it confusing. (photo 1)
Also, I want to set up the appointment reminder email and notice it requires "the following line in your cron". How and where do I do this? (photo 2)
thank you but that's not what I want. A simple calendar where you can just click multiple dates would be easier...
I think the best way to stop customer confusion is to show the original appointment in the recurring appointments part. Is this possible?? Please refer to the picture attached
Unfortunately at the moment it is not possible to change the design of the form, but we will consider adding more customizable options for future updates.
okay but can we add a text in the field where it says recurring appointments and say something like “this does not include the original appointment you made at the start of this booking”?
You can modify the translation file and include this text, but our suggestion is to wait for the update which will come soon, and we will add the 1st appointment in the list as well so there will be no confusion.

Also, I have enabled SMS appointment reminder notification and have to add the file to the cron. I downloaded the Crontrol as your help suggests but I am unsure what to select under Next Run and Recurrence.
I want the SMS to be sent 6pm the day before the appointment, which I have chosen and I have added credit for SMS.
But what do I set the Cron Event to for it to work???

Sorry to disappoint you but unfortunately the plugin does not have the option for booking multiple appointments at the same time or on one go.
It is not possible to do this even with changing the code.
This is requested feature, and we will definitely work on this for the future.

If you have questions that are not related to the name of the ticket may I kindly suggest opening new ticket.
It will be easier for us and you to follow the same issue on the ticket.
