"Updating labels don't work" (#2540810) / TMS-Plugins

Hi when changing wording of service in labels it doesn't change the display of services in the catalogue view if you see the video. This has been happening for a while now. Please see video:

I'm having the same issue on a site. Please advise how to correct this.
