I am wondering if there is a way to have the email confirmation message be unique to the event they are booking. For example, if my client books service A, they get response 1. If they book service B, then they instead get email response 2.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
It is something our development team will work on in the future, though.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
