Dear TMS team. We are a bodywork practice. I want to sell bookings in bundle, as well as gift cards, without them having them to be schedule right away. What is the best way to do it, which plugin do you recommend to do this. For instance I want to offer discount packs of 5/10 sessions, so the client buys/pays for the whole pack and and later the customer can actually book the sessions. On the other hand, I want to the be able to offer gift cards to the costumer, preferable not money based, but service based. So the client doesn't get a $100 gift card, but a "xxxxx" session gift card.
I'm thinking on adding such option directly throughout woo commerce. Do you see any conflict/problem that way? Do you have any suggestion on plugins for such task?
I cannot guarantee that it will work correctly with WooCommerce integration.
Unfortunately, at the moment we don't have a bulk purchase option. Our developers are working on it, though, but until that is released I can offer a work-around.
You can create a service which would be named "Bulk Purchase" for example, and it would cost a certain amount. Then, you would need to create a 100% discount coupon which could be used 9 times, and limit the usage to 9 per customer, like this:
My advice would also be to enable the notifications, so they get an e-mail with the discount coupon, explaining that they need to use the coupon for the remaining 9 sessions:
You would need to add the %coupon_1% placeholder to the e-mail, so they get the coupon code they can use.
After someone books the first appointment, they receive an e-mail with it, and they use it to book the remaining 9 sessions.

Now, it comes up that besides that option, of bulk purchase, we also found relevant to sell gift coupons. But this seems to bring more complexity since the ideal would be for the customer to buy in our shop and the coupon to be sent by notification to the receiver.
In that sense, even though your solution seems to be good, the built in coupons are limited in their practical application.
I will try to get it done directly through woo commerce platform with some plugin. I would be happy to leave this issues/options as suggestions: 1. Bulk purchase (as a straight forward option) 2. Gift cards (I guess it means a nice email template, and an extra notification to the gift receiver). 3. Maybe work on compatibility issues with some coupons/discounts/gift cards already working plugin.

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
